We are a small company and we answer our own email. Say which of these you are and you will get a useful reply rather than a brochure.
Company, partnership, funding and press mail goes to the LLC. Anything about the product itself goes to GRACEful CheckIns, and anything charitable goes to the nonprofit — they are separate organisations with separate inboxes.

You run a community and want to see it
We are enrolling founding communities now. A first conversation takes about thirty minutes and covers a live checkin call, the morning board your staff would actually use, the family view, and what it would cost you.
Bring your hardest question. The ones we get most are "what happens when a resident says something about my staff" and "who is liable if it misses something" — both have real answers.
Carriers, integrators, platforms
We are specifying carrier relationships, number pooling, caller-ID attestation and SIP capacity, and we integrate with VoIP-based intercom systems through an API. If you operate in that layer, or you sell into senior living and see an adjacency, we would like to hear from you.
Funders, SBIR, aging-services programmes
kAIndness LLC is the for-profit entity and the technology owner; write to it at hello@kaindness.org. The kAIndness Project is the separate nonprofit distributing the free service, and it has its own inbox at info@thekaindnessproject.org. Please write to whichever is relevant — we will not route a charitable enquiry through the company or the reverse.
Diligence questions about the separation, the data wall, or the state of the build are welcome and will be answered specifically. The status table is the short version.
Writers and researchers
Happy to talk, including about what does not work. We will not supply a resident anecdote, a recording of a real call, or a claim that the system is live somewhere it is not.
